PDF format ensures that the report maintains its layout and appearance, making it ideal for sharing and printing. Users can generate PDFs from built-in reports, Excel and Word through specific plugins. The report is subjected to two-step approval processes (checking and approval) to be finally digitally signed with a QR Code.
